RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our bottom line is we want you happy with what you bought from us. So much so that you tell all your friends about it and take all kinds of Insta pics wearing/using it.

But if you don’t like what you received or if it doesn't fit right, please figure it out before wearing, washing or rolling around in cat hair, etc. We’ll gladly accept it back within 60 days of purchase. Sorry, but no returning glassware. That’s just icky.

To process an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:

1. Send the items to the following address:

2. Enclose a note with your order number, name, address, phone number, a brief reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a credit.
3. In the event that we did everything right and you just need to swap sizes or something similar, we’ll ask that you cover return shipping costs.
4. Shipping charges are refundable if:

• We messed up and sent you the wrong thing/s.
• We didn’t pack your gear well enough to take the abuse of shipping direct to your door. Convenience has its price, you know.
